FAQCommon Questions

We recommend booking at least 9–12 months before your wedding date, especially for spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) — Atlanta's busiest seasons. That said, we do occasionally have availability for shorter timelines, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your date is sooner than you'd expect. The earlier we connect, the more we can do together.ion text goes here

Full planning is for couples who want to hand it off completely from day one — we're involved in every decision, from venue search to vendor contracts to design details. Partial planning is for couples who already have some pieces in place and want a professional partner to fill the gaps, keep things organized, and take over execution as the date approaches. Not sure which fits you? That's exactly what your consultation is for — we'll figure it out together.

We have relationships with some of Atlanta's most talented photographers, florists, caterers, and venues — and we're always happy to share recommendations you can trust. That said, we're not exclusive. If you already have vendors you love, we'll work seamlessly alongside them. Our goal is the best possible team for your wedding, wherever that team comes from.
-
Absolutely, and we do it often. A venue coordinator's job is to manage the venue itself: the space, the staff, and the house rules. Our job is to manage your wedding: your timeline, your vendors, your vision, and your experience as a couple. The two roles complement each other well, and we're experienced at collaborating with venue teams to make sure nothing falls through the cracks between the two.
-
More than most people expect. We come on board about four weeks before your wedding, review everything you've planned, take over all vendor communication, and build a detailed timeline and run-of-show. On your wedding day, we're there from setup through send-off — managing vendors, keeping the schedule on track, and quietly handling anything that needs handling so you never have to. You've done the planning. We make sure it all pays off.
-
Yes, we love them! We're based in Atlanta and work throughout the Southeast, and we're available for destination celebrations beyond the region on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and scope. Travel fees apply for events outside the greater Atlanta area. Reach out and tell us where you're dreaming of — we're always up for an adventure.

True day-of coordination is nearly impossible to deliver well. A coordinator who isn't familiar with your vendors, your timeline, and your vision before the wedding day is walking in cold and that's a risk we're not willing to take with your wedding.
Month-of coordination is how we actually protect everything you've worked so hard to plan. We come on board four to six weeks before your wedding, review every vendor contract, take over all communication, and build a comprehensive run-of-show from the ground up. By the time your wedding day arrives, we know your wedding as well as you do — and we've already handled the details and surprises that come up in the final stretch.
Let's Start With a Conversation
